WSLでDebianを動かしているが、ユーザがログアウトして再度ログインしてWSLを起動すると

と表示されて起動できない。
原因は不明だが、 servers.msc でサービスマネージャを起動して、"LxssManager"サービスを再起動すれば動くようになる。
